John had an awesome first birthday. He has such wonderful family and friends and his day was special, special, special! Thanks to everyone who joined us for the party, for all the birthday wishes and all the generous gifts.

Twelve months old!

Amazing, amazing, amazing...our baby boy is one years old! What a truly wonderful year it has been! We look back over the past twelve months and we are in awe of our handsome, smart, sweet and incredible John. Over the past month John has made us smile, laugh and is sharing his amazing personality more and more each day. John has the cutest wave ever and loves to wave at everyone, started walking around with his clasped behind his back, loves to run, loves to laugh with us and be silly to make us laugh, he sings and dances up a storm, loves "The Wiggles", continues to read books to himself and brings us books to read to him. He is a total sweetie and gives Mommy and Daddy kisses and hugs all the time and continues to be a total cuddle bug. John was sick for the first time ever in early January with Bronchiolitis. He handled it like a champ and we wish we could be that cheery when we are sick. He is signing "more", "all done", "eat", has made up his own sign for "Cheerios", and we are working on "please" and "thank you". John is weighing in at about 22 lbs and nearly 30 inches tall.
